5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD orders are subject to verification via phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS. Akhilora reserves the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be verified or appear suspicious.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future orders being blocked.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship products across India using trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
